Kellyville Preschool is a community-based, not for profit preschool in the heart of the Hills District, NSW. We have been providing Kellyville and the surrounding suburbs with high quality early childhood education and care since 1975.

We are managed by a Parent Management Committee who are elected each year and meet twice a term. We also have a Parent Club who assist in managing the Supporters Program and other social events at preschool.

Kellyville Preschool is open from 8.15am to 3.45pm, Monday to Fridays. We follow the NSW Department of Education calendar and are closed for the NSW Public School holidays.

We are licensed for 42 children each day, aged from 3 years old and give priority of access to children the year before they start school.

Children can attend either 2 or 3 days. 2 day groups run on Monday & Tuesday OR Thursday & Friday. 3 day groups run Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday OR Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. See the section on Our Groups below for more information about our groups.

We are rated as EXCEEDING the National Quality Standard by ACECQA.

Fee Information (2024)

Kellyville Preschool is partially funded by the NSW Dept. of Education. Families can claim the Start Strong Affordable Preschool Fee Relief to lower the daily fees for 2 days of preschool per week (This can only be claimed at one service). We are not able to offer CCS as we are not funded by the Federal Government. The fee relief offered at preschool does not affect CCS at other services.

2024 fees: 2 days: $50 (WITH Fee relief) or $155.50 (with NO Fee relief) 3 days: $120 (WITH Fee relief) or $225.50 (with NO Fee relief)

Families who hold a Low Income Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession or Veterans Affairs Gold Care are eligible for Equity Fees under the Dept. of Education Funding Guidelines. Our Equity Fee is $30 for 2 days and $80 for 3 days attendance.

We also charge a Maintenance Levy and a Fundraising Levy each term. The Maintenance levy assist us in covering the costs of maintaining our amazing yard and the Fundraising Levy means that we can buy new equipment and furniture during the year and do not require any additional fundraising from families. In 2024 the Maintenance Levy is $75 per term and the Fundraising Levy is $50 per term.
